1) You must wait 30 days from the date we ship out the order before you ask for claim or reshipment or email us what is the status with you order
If you do receive the confiscation Notice before 30 days gone by No need to wait 30 days JUST MAIL IT IN TO THE ADDERSS BELOW
After we finish dispatching the order we automatically email you a confirmation chart with parts and dates
Just to give it ample time in case if it was delayed mail
If you do get Your Confiscation Notice , No need to wait 30 days Just mail them in to us as soon as you get them , letter and envelopes , the sooner you get them to us , the sooner we will reship
2) We must see a valid proof of confiscation notice
That is we need the envelope the Department of Home land security sent you with the original confiscation notice, no copies without envelope will be accepted period, too many bogus notices
If you can not send me the original envelope and the original notice we will not reshi p your order, and the envelope is more important to us than the notice itself, no more copies will be accepted emailed to us or mailed to us using the snail mail please

If your meds are seized by customs, you will receive a notice from them. You can either choose not to respond to the notice, and forfeit the meds, or you can show them proof of a prescription issued to you by a foreign pharmacy. To our knowledge, there has never been a single instance when someone attempting to import medicine for personal use in a 90 day supply or less has ever had any legal problems arise from it.
